As a global nomad, AX Global chief executive officer Jim McGraw brings more than 20 years’ management experience in international finance & trade, information technology, and operations management.

Jim has presented internationally on aligning business processes with technology and on fostering entrepreneurialism within the local community. He takes an active role in South Texas business groups by serving on committees with the American Institute of Architects, Project Management Institute, Entrepreneurs’ Organization, San Antonio CPA Society, North San Antonio Chamber of Commerce and the Microsoft Partner Network.

Jim holds a MBA in International Finance from the Thunderbird School of Global Management and a bachelor’s degree in Latin American studies from the University of Texas.

As chief financial officer, Jodell controls the international financial operations of AX Global.

Jodell brings an extensive background in accounting, finance, auditing and International Financial Reporting Standards.   Prior to joining AX Global, she worked for Ernst &Young as an auditor and subsequently as a controller for Catalytic Solutions.   Jodell takes an active role in environmental causes as a volunteer with the Maryland League of Conservation Voters.

Jodell holds a bachelor’s of science degree in accounting from California Lutheran.  She is a registered CPA in the state of California.

As chief operations officer, J.B. is responsible for building the infrastructure to support AX Global’s international operations.

J.B. brings an extensive background in operations management and information technology implementation. Prior to joining AX Global, he worked for Harcourt Educational Measurement as a business analyst and subsequently with Holland & Davis as an operations consultant.

J.B. holds a bachelor of business administration in information systems from the University of Texas at San Antonio.

As national sales manager, Danny leads the sales and marketing program for AX Global.

Danny brings more than 30 years of international experience in the enterprise resource planning software market. Prior to joining AX Global, he worked as a Regional Sales Manager for John Deere Information Systems and subsequently as a business development manager with BKD.

Danny holds an MBA in marketing and management from Oklahoma State.
